Due Depositing Schedule & Timings

April to September : 8.00 am to 12.00 noon

October to January : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

All fees are payable on the fixed payment day of the month in which it is due as per the following schedule:

The stipulated dates for depositing the dues for different classes in the months it is due are as follows:

Class II Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class III Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class IV Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class V Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class VI Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class VII Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class VIII Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class IX Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class X Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class XI Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Class XII Upto 15th of Scheduled Month
Note:
  1. Parents are requested to adhere to the above schedule strictly.
  2. If the parents are willing to deposit the fee in lump sum for the whole academic session including tuition fee and transport charges, they are entitled to 5% discount on tuition fee only.
  3. No dues will be accepted on other dates.
  4. In case of failure in depositing the dues on the specified date the dues will be accepted from 25th date of the month onwards with a late line, (as per school norms).
  5. However, in case any holiday falls on the specified date the dues can be deposited on the next date.
  6. In case the parents are willing to deposit the dues of all their wards studying in different classes of this school on a same date, they can deposit them on a same date as per their convenience.
